Live music is magical. It makes special events unforgettable and unique. Our extensive experience and knowledge means that over the years we've learnt how to 'read a room' and create that perfect sound track for your day. 

 

Choosing music for your celebration is a totally personal and an integral part of your day. We pride ourselves on our close personal relationships with clients, working with you to create the best atmosphere for your event, just want classical? just modern pop? a mix of both? We can accommodate nearly every genre of music.

A string quartet is so much more versatile than you might think. Our repertoire ranges from the 16th century to modern pop with everything in between. You can request a combination of styles from classical for your ceremony, light and upbeat music for the drinks reception, a romantic first dance, the possibilities are endless. Recently a groom composed his own music for the entrance and exit which we were more than happy to play, it was an amazing touch which made their ceremony totally unique to them. One bride chose to have her exit music as the Great Escape - anything goes!

 

Choosing to have professional live music can seem daunting but we are helpful and friendly and will find you the perfect programme for every aspect of your day so you can have the music of your dreams. If there is a particular piece you'd like to hear that isn't on our extensive list then please do ask and we will do our best to arrange it for you. Occasionally this may incur a small extra charge.

Whatever your event, a company launch, a formal lunch/dinner, an anniversary, a birthday, your wedding, a christening or just a party, the Aluna String Quartet will provide a professional and appropriate musical backdrop whatever the event.

We will work with you or your event coordinator to make sure your individual requirements are met, tailoring our repertoire to fit the occasion.
